Beschreibung
In this work some problems are approached from the point of view of a biochemical investigation. The objective is the teaching of molecular tools specific to the area of biochemistry and molecular biology to high school, undergraduate and master students. The fact that today's research is (as it should be) multidisciplinary, implies that students and researchers must be capable of mastering a wide range of concepts from a wide range of areas of knowledge, hence the development of the present work.
