The purpose of publishing the topic on cassava is today''s need, because the utilization of storage foods, seems to be very vital for growth and development of young ones. The advancement in science and change in life-style and hurriedness in achieving goals among the younger generation, needs to know the significance of vital foods rather than fast foods, since cassava is a highly nutritive and a commercial food which is also ecofriendly to the farmers, where agriculture seems to be the prime occupation in tropical countries like India.
