Dr. Ayub Ali Patel is working as Assistant Professor at King Khalid University, Abha, KSA. He is involved in the Students Advisory Committee and is a member of the Saudi Society for Medical Education. An active member of the College of Medicine Medical Education department and assessment unit. Previously, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of St. Andrews, ST ANDREWS, Scotland and the University of Dundee, DUNDEE, Scotland, UK, and the University of Bern, BERN, Switzerland. His research was focused on the preparation of new precursors for MOVPE growth of (Hg, Cd)Te. Preparation of suitable alkylHgI and alkylAs precursors for doping CMT and their volatility and decomposition properties by GCMS. Till now, he has published more than 50 articles in peer review international journals.
