In business management or business administration, more often than not, the amount of work that has gone into research on how to manage, Turnaround situations or Restructuring businesses depended on the very responsibilities of a manager at all levels of management and how such responsibilities integrate with other factors such as change management. However, there are indications that despite the research efforts, what this book refers to as "the convergence of change management and management competence factors" would be the environment within or around which Turnaround Management success rates in various industries of the world economies would be found.
