Many scholars in the western countries have proposed models of technology acceptance and usage in order to predict and explain users behavior with information systems to account for the changing technologies. Hence, it is questioned whether models of technology usage and acceptance that have been developed and modified in the western countries can be used in Ethiopia. To this end, the general objective of the study is to investigate Internet usage behavior of agricultural faculties in their academic works based on widely used model in information systems: the Technology Acceptance Model.
