A coach is typically responsible for making final decisions on the subject of several team matters, such as strategy, tactics and team personnel. Dr. Milkyas Bassa Mukulo has a PhD. Degree in Physical Education from Andhra University India. He is currently assistant professor and researcher at Wolaita Sodo University College of Natural and Computational Science in the Department of Sport science in Ethiopia. His fields of research are football coaching and Sport Management.
