Effective Leadership is exhibiting appropriate leadership style to their followers based on their needs. When a Leader over leads or under leads their followers, there will be a mismatch which demotivate the followers and makes the leader come across as ineffective. This book explains when the mismatch arises, how a leader can be effective, the importance of knowing the psychological preference for the leaders and adapting the appropriate leadership style based on the situation.
