The organisational climate and employee commitment is just a concept whose applications were limited, but that is not the case today and this concept has evolved a lot, and its importance has increased immensely. Muthukumar is currently working as a Professor in Department of MBA, Nehru College of Management, Coimbatore, since 2004. He has international publications in referred journals.
