Any public or private organizations need smooth relationship with their employees and most employees want to be proud of their organizations, to have a good relationship with other employees and managers to believe they have worthwhile jobs. However, traditional relationship (autocratic) approaches to employees are no longer creating attractive and beneficial organization. Employees-management relationship is a range of processes designed to engage the support, understanding and optimum contribution of all employees in an organization and their commitment to its objectives.
