Beschreibung
Fabrication of flexible asymmetric solid state supercapacitor device is carried out by using different types of pseudocapacitive electrode materials. The use of metal sulfide electrodes are beneficial for improvement in electrochemical performance of asymmetric device owing to its higher electric conductivity than that of the metal oxides. Demonstration of asymmetric solid state supercapacitor device proves the ability of device and its design is ready to commercialize.
