This book is useful for thin film deposition and characterization. Spray pyrolysis deposition technique is applied to produce thin film in the present work. Structural, optical and electrical properties are characterized of the deposited thin films.New and informative characteristic properties of Copper Indium Di-sulfide thin films have been investigated in the present work. This work will give important information for further study of Copper Indium Di-sulfide thin films using spray pyrolysis deposition technique.
