This book is the result of Mariza Zanon's Final Work in Food Engineering (Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Argentina), modified and updated by Dr. Martin Masuelli. It treats of a new incorporation to the Packaging that is the term and definition of Biopackaging. This new science of conservation involves intelligent, biodegradable and active packaging. So it will be new for different Food Packaging professionals.

Martin Masuelli is a scientist at Instituto de Física Aplicada - CONICET - National University of San Luis, San Luis, Argentina. He is Editor in Chief and Founder in July 2013 of Journal of Polymer and Biopolymers Physics Chemistry, Science and Education Publishing. He is editorial board of numerous Journals.
