This book focuses in new advancements used in prosthodontics that makes it an evolving branch in dentistry. It includes a chapter dedicated to history of dentistry for the readers to appreciate the escalation of science and technology in this branch. Chapters are described in technology, materials, etc. sections and the contents have been separated according to the branches in prosthodontics, though there are certain chapters that have been described separately. This book includes more of pictorial and schematic description rather than only textual. This will be helpful to under-graduation and post-graduation students and researchers for gathering knowledge with a visual experience.

Dr. Debarchita Sarangi completed BDS with internship in 2013. She completed her MDS in the year 2018. Presently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge in Institute of Dental Sciences, Bhubaneswar.
