Alveolar ridge augmentation has become an integral part of esthetic and implant dentistry, but good case selection and proper choice of surgical technique is crucial to predictable long term success of therapy. This book is a compilation of historical and latest techniques in the art of alveolar ridge augmentation. More specifically it includes: classification of ridge defects; soft tissue augmentation techniques such as: pedicle graft procedure, roll flap procedure,free graft procedures,pouch graft procedure, subepithelial connective tissue procedures, interposition graft procedure, onlay graft procedure.
