The prevalence of ischemic heart diseases, especially acute myocardial infarction and its incidence has increased at early ages, and therapies in acute stages of myocardial infarction play a vital role in the prognosis and quality of patients life. Fibrinolytic treatment of acute myocardial infarction must be performed as early as the disease begins. Since the reduction of pre-hospital delay is difficult, it is emphasized. This study aims to evaluate the clinical outcome of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction who referred to Ayatollah Taleghani Educational-Medical Center of Urmia in 2013-2016.
