Streptokinase as a thrombolytic agent, is a common drug in treatment of circulatory disorders such as deep vein thrombosis,stroke and heart attack. However, immunogenicity and low biological life-time of the enzyme had limited its clinical applications. The results of this work showed high activity of Streptokinase loaded nanoparticles (Streptokinase loaded Titania nanoparticles,Streptokinase loaded fabricated magnetic nanoparticles supported with basil extraction and Streptokinase loaded fabricated magnetic nanoparticles supported with tannic acid as thrombolytic agent. In addition results showed activity of -hemitate nanoparticles and basilextraction as thrombolytic agent for thrombus lysis.
