The study was done on Sociological Analysis of Hajj and Power in Afghanistan, Kabul, during the years of 2014 up 2017 to get the Ph.D.Hajj in Islam is the vital element for understanding the philosophy and objective of Islam. Therefore, this research focuses on the main points bellow as the research questions and objectives of research:Do the people know about the objectives and philosophy of Islam and Hajj and also, to understand the main rituals, symbols, stages, values and their relations with power and authority legitimacy.The necessity theories and literatures were reviewed from Religion Sociology points of view. Though, beside religion sociology, the political sociology main theories; like, Muchiavelli, Hobbes, Marx, Webber, Duhl, Parsons, Luckes, Habermas, etc. were also reviewed.The central point which was founded from this research is that, most of Hajjis do not understanding the objectives of Hajj and Islam. Power and authority is legitimated by people satisfaction, beside Allahs satisfaction.

Worth to mention that Dr. Omid Afghan has been taught in public and private universities. He wroth many articles and participate in local and international level conferences.
