Health Information System: A system that integrates data collection, processing, reporting, and use of the information necessary for improving health service effectiveness and efficiency through better management at all levels of health services. Management Information System (MIS): a system designed by an organization to collect and report information on a program and which allows managers to plan, monitor and evaluate the operations and the performance of the program. This paper also gives you clue on the findings data quality assessment.
