Born in 1983 G.C, the author got his first degree from Jimma university(B.A degree in Business management in 2003 G.C ) and has MSc in agricultural economics from Wollega university(2016). He served in different government organization in different capacities. Now,he is working in Wollega university Shambu campus as education Quality higher expert.
