This Book contains two parts; the first part was Review on honey quality. The data for review manuscript were collected mainly from Easter Africa such Ethiopia, Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzaniya. The second part was Research on honey bee production practices in selected districts of Southern Ethiopia.

Tsegay Lijalem Mesele is by profession an Animal production with special interest in the characterization of livestock productions and products processing for ten years at Wolaita sodo University and Adigrat University, Ethiopia. He hold his Bsc.Msc. and Assistant professorship from Mekele, Hawassa and Wolaita sodo University, respectively.
