The modern time is the excellent age of the telecommunication and also challenging for the service provider to deliver demand of services to the end users. But the whole modern scenario required the speedy changes in telecommunication networks to cope up the requirements of the corporate clients by providing spacing from ordinary copper wire system to optical system which incorporates the latest technology due to gigantic growth and demand of data rate. By the development of the new network, the decentralization of local exchanges resulted in deployment of mini exchanges which are hosted in far away locations. The equipments security threats have increased in anywhere and a new challenging situation is created.
