Beschreibung
The book describes the importance of organic chemical entities possessing hetero atoms as bio-active agents. A broad spectrum of biological activities reported by different authors regarding several heterocyclic derivatives is described here. Compounds possessing benzimidazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and chalcone are reported with brief introduction along with their synthetic process and biological importance.

Dr. Deepkumar currently serves as Assistant Professor in Chemistry at undergraduate and postgraduate level in Sheth M. N. Science College, Patan. Currently, Deepkumar is involved in the development of novel heterocyclic molecules of biological importance.
