1,2,4-Triazoles have proved to be most useful framework for biological activities among nitrogen containing five membered heterocycles. 4-Aryltriazole derivatives have been found to be potent drug which possess a wide spectrum of biological activity. Different types of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives shows variety of pharmacological activities such as antidepressant, anti-inflammatory etc. Considering the increasing importance of compounds bearing 1,2,4-triazole nucleus, Its construction has attracted considerable attention of researchers.
