This study is focused on the assessment of phytochemicals extraction and various techniques are available in the isolation, characterization and identification of phytochemicals from plants with the growing interest in the field of medicinal plants by researchers and industries it is necessary to have a book which will give information on different interdisciplinary techniques. The aim of this book is to give a self-contained detail of all aspects of phytochemical techniques I would like to thank all those who helped me in the preparation of the text. Dr. H.D Prathiba is currently served as a lecturer in Department of Biochemistry, Bangalore University Bangalore. She obtained Ph.D. degree on medicinal plants from Bangalore University she as 7 years of teaching experience and 6 years of Research experience in the field of Plant Taxonomy and Photochemistry.
