There is little doubt that a learner's success in foreign language leaerning is influenced by many factors including the learners' personal traits such as self-efficacy, self-concept, and attitude. This book is dedicated to the investigation of the above-mentioned traits as predictors of EFL learners' course performance. Appart from a theoretical review of the related factors, the book also containes an empirical study and a detailed discussion of the results of the emipical analysis. This book can be of theoretical as well as pedagogical value for researchers as well as language learners and teachers.

Dr. Abbas Ali Zarei, an associate professor in TEFL, is a faculty member at Imam Khomeini International University in Qazvin, Iran. He has had 45 books and 86 papers published. He has also attended and presented at 48 national and international conferences across the world. Faezeh Naghdi is an MA holder who teaches at institutes and universities.
