In this book I have analysed on the stress level among employees at the Varachha Co-Operative Bank ltd. The book also gives information about banking system and co-operative banks. Recently, Bank is the blood for nations economy and mainly for corporate world. I think to prepare a book explaining the stress level among employees at the Varachha Co-Operative Bank ltd because, whole work depend upon employees in bank and their stress affect the organisation wholly.

Harshal G. Vashi is an Assistant Professor in Management at GIDC Degree Engineering College. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, India. His research interest are in Training & Development, Strategic Management and Performance Management. He is an enthusiastic academician and administrator.
