Present work intends to bring out the importance of the Human Rights attributed to differently abled. The book starts with the background of Human Rights granted by United Nations in 1948. The book mentions the definitions, problems of differently abled. Different rights civil, political, social, education and employment have been described by the author in this book in a lengthy manner. The book has throws light on the rights of differently abled women. The book has dealt with the judgments pronounced by Supreme Court and High Courts. The book describes the reservation policy adopted by various institutions situated at Visakhapatnam to fulfill the employment opportunity available for differently abled.

Dr. Kanakala Udayasree is accredited with M.A.Political Science, LL.M, Ph.D and P.G Diploma in ADR. She has published 10 articles in different international journals. She has presented nearly 10 papers at national and international seminars sponsored by different universities across India. She has 7 years teaching experience in law.
