This book talks about various challenges faced by an organisation in retaining highly skilled workforce. The qualitative data gives insights on how they can be managed in a better way. This is done taking a sample of artists from the UK who are currently in Visual Effects industry. The recommendations are based on the primary data and the theory. As much as I have enjoyed working on this, I hope you find it insightful and enjoy reading it.
