This book is a product of a study on the effects of strategic planning on employee performance in the health sector in Kenya. Promoting health sector priorities from the perspective of health workers is critically analyzed and evaluated using Strategic Planning Tools. These priorities address specific issues touching on strategy formulation, choice and implementation. These issues all boil down to key management decisions in the health sector in Kenya. The aspect of technology as new paradigm shift in employee performance in the health sector management is also discussed in detail. Bengat K.Joseph holds an BED (ARTS) and an Msc in HRM from Moi Universty. He worked as an High school teacher, editor in a local media firm and a lecturer in Moi University. He is a gifted poet and accomplice facilitator in Management issues. He is a Registrar (Administration and Finance) in Kenya Highlands Evangelical University and Phd student.
