Beschreibung
The purpose of this book was to assess employees of Tex Styles Ghana Limited understanding and application of the Labour Act 2003(Act 651)and determine the challenges they face with regards to the employees productivity and also to help them understand and appreciate the laws governing their employment. It was also recommended that the Labour Act 2003, (Act 651) should be reviewed to specify clearly of low productivity of of employees due to the effects of some sections of the laws.
