This book is a collection of dissertations from research studies carried out in Tanzania. The studies looked into the Strategic Plan and it's Influence on Management of Secondary Schools, the Influence of Open Performance Review and Appraisal System (OPRAS) on Student's Academic Performance, the School Environment, the Challenges Facing the Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Public and Private Secondary Schools and the Effectiveness of Guidance and Couseling on Secondary School Student's Behavioural Characteristics. Therefore, the findings from these studies are relevant to secondary school students, teachers, school heads, parents, education practitioners and stakeholders.

Dr. Omondi Kennedy Otieno (PhD) is currently the Dean Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at St. Augustine University of Tanzania Arusha. He has supervised Master students in Education Administration & Management courses . Similarly, he has offered consultancy services on the development of Strategic Plan to social institutions.
