The book demonstrates efforts geared towards improving seasonal climate predictability over Greater Horn of Africa. It also depicts the potent in using GCMs for Climate analyses through Multi-Model Ensemble perturbations. A detailed analyses of the climate models at different times and locations and model Physics adjustment for the extreme episodic rainfall events are some of the key recommendations the book has pointed out to the scientific community.

I am an MSc holder in Meteorology, UoN, Kenya. I am a lecturer and currently doing PhD research on modelling of Intra-seasonal Rainfall Characteristics during Wet and Dry years. I hold awards for 3rd best and overall winner in poster competition in Uganda & Germany. I have published papers latest one published at Int. J of Phys Sc. 2014.
