Beschreibung

The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of perceived high performing work practices on employee engagement in a multinational corporation, which operates in Sri Lanka. There were very few studies conducted on this area theoretically and empirically. Thus, the researcher focused on filling this void by conducting a study to add knowledge in the areas of high performing work practices and employee engagement. Data were collected via a self administered questionnaire developed using standard measures to meet accepted standards of validity and reliability and the sample was 104 executive and above level employees. Hypotheses were tested using simple linear regression and the finding revealed that there is a positive impact of high performing work practices on employee engagement.
