Sweden is a country which is famous for its flat organisation while France is known as a country that is composed mostly of vertical / pyramidal hierarchies. Many people see the french and Swedish hierarchies as opposed. there are many authors who try to define the different cultures, which could explain these difference in their hierarchies. It is difficult to know what is right or wrong when it comes to stereotypes.

We are two French students. In 2013 we studied for a double degree in business and management in the north of the Sweden. During this years, we wanted to write a book about the management between the Swedish and French.
