Beschreibung
This piece of work takes into account classroom climate as a factor effecting students performance and motivation for an efficient process of teaching / learning and a better school environment. Furthermore, it also talks about the fact that teachers need to be more aware of their students needs and concerns, as each student perceives the concept of education and is learning in a different way, in order to prevent school failure and leaving the school.

I am a British Citizen English lecturer. I worked in various places, such as primary schools and universities and also gave private lessons along with attending seminars. I am highly motivated and ambitious in my area of subject and do it willingly.
