This book describes the use of the four cognitive frames of Bolman and Deal in college and university leadership.Leadership is important to any organization, and is more important to universities and colleges today.Leadership is important in creating vision for an organization. It expresses the need to use more than a single or two frames for university leadership. This book can be utilized to define and develop effective university presidential leadership.It can also be used for leadership training and evaluations of these programs.

Fr.Emmanuel is a Dominican of the Nigerian Province.Emmanuel has taught from K-16 and has given retreat,talks,and workshops covering a wide spectrum on educational issues. Presently, he teaches graduate programs at Loyola University in Maryland.He is currently researching on the importance of Technology in Teacher Training.
