Global Muscle Stabilization and Functional Integration Exercise Program are used to stabilize the hypermobility of sacroiliac joint. includes stretching and strengthening exercises and functional stabilization includes activities that require the ability to maintain neutral spine. In young females is a consequence of weak and sprained ligaments around SI joint which causes pelvic girdle pain and affects functional outcome. Pain in SI joint alters alignment and causes biomechanical changes of SI joint which further affects effective load transfer of muscles of slings through pelvis. The inefficient load transfer hampers the functional activities of individual. The global muscle stabilization and Functional Integration exercise program stabilizes the pelvis regionally and improves functional outcome.
