The role of the secondary school principal is very crucial in meeting the objectives of the whole secondary school of education. However, the role of the principal has become more complex that the principal needs to share the responsibilities with others in the school through delegation,since no one can do it all by him/her self without forgetting that the intention is to give the student a favorable learning atmosphere.A focus on school climate, goals, coordination of curriculum, and promotion of teacher development appear to produce the largest effects on student outcomes.
