This book deals with the basic concepts of renewable energy sources like solar PV, Wind Energy conversion systems and Diesel / Biomass-powered Standalone Hybrid Power Generation System, the proposed configuration and methodology can be adapted to develop Smart way of Interconnecting Different Renewable Power resources. This book lays out the topics on Fundamentals of different renewable energy resources, Design, Modeling, and Simulation of the Major renewable sources along with the configuration proposed to extract the maximum energy out of it in a lucid manner. Further it was also discussed to enhance the power quality and stabilize the grid synchronization during the unpredictable nature of sources. Finally, this book gives the confidence to Engineers/aspirants to build the entire system from the scratch and how to optimize the power flow between different sources.

GOWRI GANESH, got his master's degree in Power Engineering & Energy Systems from JNTU Hyderabad. He has published several research papers in reputed International journals, conferences & reviewer of Solar Energy Materials and solar cells. He joined NISE as Junior Research Scientist in Photovoltaic Test Facility, he would like to acknowledge NISE.
