Here is a an innovative and analytical study of Multi Junction Solar Cells. Maximum Power Point Techniques (MPPT) have revolutionized the solar energy system. 3 Times power is augmented if Multi Junction Solar Cells are employed. Graphical results show the fact and verify the importance of such multi junction cells. With the help of Perturb and Observe method, an endeavour has been performed to track the simulation with graphs to show the importance of above techniques for MPPT.
