This publication describes the meaning of business incubation, various types of business incubation available in various part of the world, how business incubation should be organized. The Policy papers the Government of Kenya relied on in Identifying Business incubation as a strategy for addressing unemployment among the youths. It shows how TVET institutions have not been enthusiastic in adopting Business Incubation. The Government of Kenya later slowed down in its quest to establish Business incubators in TVET institutions and finally the challenges the institutions face while managing Business Incubators.

Agripa was born on 1968 in Nairobi Kenya, His working life spans a period of 23 years in the teaching profession he is the Coordinator of Performance Contract in Kisumu Polytechnic. He has coordinated various consultancy project , and has received university Awards for exemplary service. He has presented the papers in International Conferences
