The monograph are the features extraction process substances from plant raw materials, the analysis of the properties of liquid CO2 as the solvent for the ingredients of the plant material, conducted systematic analysis process and the mathematical model, design of the structure and working principle of modern CO2 extraction units is given. The work of the experimental setup developed at Bukhara engineering-technological institute for studying the process of 2-extraction. The results of experimental research on the production of ingredients from local plant materials (seeds of grapes, pumpkin, mint leaves, licorice root) of CO2-extraction are presented. Gafurov Karim Hakimovich - was born in 1966 in Bukhara. The senior lecturer of «Information-communication control systems of technological processes» department of Bukhara engineering-technology institute (BETI).
