Beschreibung
In this contribution, it is tried explain different kinds of thin film fabrication techniques. Applications of these thin films for different applications are discussed with specific examples. Technological details of fabrication of thin films are discussed in detail, with their principles. Also, the analytical methods to characterize the deposited think films are presented here. In this view, this collection is very significant for the researchers who are interested in designing thin films aiming for specific applications.

Dr S Ranganatha received Ph.D in Electrochemistry from Kuvempu University, India in 2013. He is currently affiliated to Department of Chemistry, Presidency University, India as an Assistant Professor. He was working in Department of Inorganic & Physical Chemistry, Indian Institute of Science as Postdoctoral Fellow.
