This book is specially written for those who are interested in the study of Hydrodynamic Journal Bearings. As we know, Fluid-film bearings plays an important role in the design of faster rotating machinery. Each and every micron rise in radial clearance results in change in oil film thickness. It also influences the noise and vibration. This book highlight the effect of radial clearance on the journal center motion of Hydrodynamic Journal Bearings using 4th order Runge-Kutta Method.

Navneet Singh is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, St. Soldier Group of Institutions, Jalandhar (India). He completed his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering from I.K.G.Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar (India). His areas of interest are CFD and Materials Science.
