Development of a manually operated multi-purpose roasting machine is a machine which is capable of roasting food items such as maize, plantain and yam depending on the harvest season and the choice of the operator. The developed machine is a simple technology which can be operated by a single person of an average height of 1.4 m. It is easy to construct, operate and maintain. Developed roasting machine enhanced better performance and reduced the hardship faced by conventional roaster. Kindly, read through the book to have a better understanding of the work.
