This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the 19th International Workshop on Design and Architecture for Signal and Image Processing, DASIP 2026, held in Krakow, Poland, during January 2026. The 15 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 30 submissions.
