This book contains the tools which can be used to optimise the effective use of resources.When we consider productivity, the problem is how to schedule the resource to obtain expected productivity- which can be solved by this model by planning for high productivity with the available resource at budgeted cost. The model is mainly intended to obtain information from the project, combine with PERT to find the optimum duration of the project.
