The book discusses the past, present and scope of the Dental manpower, in particular the Indian situation, in the future. The existing structure of dental personnel, its functioning and drawbacks have been written about, in detail in this book. Challenges to the dental fraternity have also been highlighted upon, with suggestions for improvement of the current situation in India with respect to Dental manpower.
