When the people of Zimbabwe cried for a solution to remove salt from borehole, a chemical engineer called Liberty Gura rose to the challenge and designed allow cost machine that could be used and maintained by any layman. The JC Dedaltivator 2000 enabled rural folks with no access to electricity to get fresh water at their door step. In the city, the water utility bill of the some households decreased by as much as 20%.
