Dr. Festus Olutoge is a Researcher and Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.His research interests are in the area of Structural Materials and Structural Analysis. He is a life member of the Indian Concrete Institute.
